A note from Pastor Dave:
Life is a wonderful gift from our Heavenly Father, who desires for us to live out our lives in relationship with Him. He demonstrates the passion with which He desires for all who will to live in relationship with Him by sending His Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
The most gracious and marvelous gift anyone can receive from Him is the opportunity for a new beginning in life as one accepts Jesus as one’s Savior. With a new beginning our rebellion against Him is forgiven, our trust in Him is established, and our dependence upon Him as our Lord and Savior is initiated. It is the highest of all honors to enter into an eternal relationship with Him through His gracious offer of a new beginning to each of us.
For God to call one unto Himself to be a pastor is also a wonderful privilege. It is my privilege to see people come to an authentic faith in Him and discover the joy of forgiveness as they experience a new beginning through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ—living in a joy, finding strength in times of personal crises, and experiencing healing of the deep pains inflicted by the hurts and disappointments experienced in life. Witnessing people encountering the grace of their Heavenly Father at their time of a new beginning and then growing in their relationship with their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is a singular joy and privilege for me as a pastor.
I pray all who will, will come and meet the authentic Christ Followers at IBC Munich, as we continue to encounter the goodness of our Lord and celebrate the privilege of life lived in relationship to the true and living God. I pray you will come and find a new beginning and healing from the hurts and failures of the past along with us. I invite you to come and experience the joy of joining other sincere and loving Christ Followers at IBC Munich.
I invite you to come and join others committed to knowing and serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I invite you to come and mature together with us as we grow up into a unity in Christ Jesus and live together in eternal hope.
Please feel free to contact me at (0)89 66 50 06 10 or e-mail me directly at ibcmunichpastor@googlemail.com. My wife Kandy and I look forward to meeting you.
Blessings, Pastor Dave
Ephesians 4:11-16 (ESV)
And He gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, so that we may no longer be children, tossed to and fro by the waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by human cunning, by craftiness in deceitful schemes. Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into Him who is the head, into Christ, from whom the whole body, joined and held together by every joint with which it is equipped, when each part is working properly, makes the body grow so that it builds itself up in love.
